• Ensures basic compliance with food safety standards.

Validity:

• Typically valid for 1 to 5 years.
• Renewal is required before expiry.

• Photo ID and address proof of the FBO.
• Passport-sized photograph.
• Business details (name, address, contact information).
• Declaration form.
