Validity:

• Typically valid for 1 to 5 years.
• Renewal is required before expiry.

Documentation:

• Form B (completed and signed).
• Photo ID and address proof of the FBO.
• Proof of possession of premises (e.g., rental agreement).
• List of food categories to be manufactured.
• Food safety management plan or certificate.
• Supporting documents (e.g., No Objection Certificate from the local municipality).
